No! Once the research has begun and work for your design selection is commenced, the fees cannot be refunded.
For all designs except custom, we will present at least three choices based on the theme determined in the initial consultation. If for some reason none is selected, we will do further research and present a design to your satisfaction.
For a custom design, we will present at least two designs according to specifications determined in the initial interview process. Further designs will
incur additional consultation charges at $50 per hour.
In all plans except custom, completion time is expected to be within two weeks or less.
